(Goat cheese and rosemary muffins with olive tapenade)

Salad of scampi & scallops with seafood vinaigrette,
saffron oil, acid pumpkin and sunflower shoots

Grilled veal ridge with murkelsky, wax beans, haricot verts,
baked tomato and sweet potato stomp

DESSERT
Raspberry mousse on crispy chocolate base, forest berry sauce,
toasted white chocolate and cookies
